At Dynamic Speech Therapy, we provide family-centered speech therapy services to children in Midlothian and Williamsburg, VA. Our team specializes in teaching communication skills to children between the ages of 2-10. Our goal is to help them confidently and independently navigate the world around them. Through a combination of direct therapy services, parent collaboration and community resources, we will make sure that your child has all the support they need to thrive!
Consulting/Courses
Dynamic Speech Therapy offers consultations and in-services to families, daycares, preschools, and pediatric offices. We will also be adding mini courses with content related to frequently asked questions. With expertise in communication development, we are proud to offer valuable strategies and resources to our community!

Meet Sierra Scione

I am a speech therapist and certified autism specialist with a passion for helping young children communicate their unique thoughts and ideas. Over the past 12 years, I have specialized in treating speech sound disorders and language delays in children between the ages of 2-6 years old. At Dynamic Speech Therapy, my dedicated team and I will work alongside your family to help your child reach their goals and continue to grow!

Step One
Families can schedule an evaluation by calling 804-220-1080 or emailing us at info@dynamicspeechtherapy.org. You can also ask your pediatrician to send a referral for speech therapy services to Dynamic Speech Therapy if it's required by your insurance. Our fax # is 804-302-6481.
Step Two
Participate in an evaluation! After the evaluation is complete, your therapist will review the preliminary results with you and provide their professional recommendations. You will receive a written report within 10 business days.
Step Three
Schedule weekly speech therapy sessions based on your child's needs, therapist recommendations and family schedule. We can't wait to show you all of the learning and growth that your child is capable of!
Insurance & Billing
Dynamic Speech Therapy is in-network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and Anthem Healthkeepers Plus (Medicaid). We also accept private pay clients. Visit our Helpful Information page to learn more!
In-office & daycare services
Dynamic Speech Therapy offers speech therapy services at convenient clinic location and daycares within a 5 mile radius in Chesterfield. Mobile therapy services are provided in homes and preschools in the Williamsburg area. We work with children and families throughout Chesterfield & Williamsburg-James City County including:
